The Phoenix3 Culinary Framework

A three-tier architecture

One coherent system, expressed from enduring philosophy through tactical commitment to brand-specific experience.

Every Brand. One Standard.

One framework, expressed in every brand

The Experience portfolio · B2C

Experiences the field can activate, not translate

Innovation ships as turnkey activation kits on a fixed cadence. The Experience arm owns the activation calendar of experience programs, service-standards adoption, voice-of-diner operations, retail experience quality, and the service-recovery playbook. The Director of Consumer Experience, once in seat, leads this portfolio.

How this workstream operates

Five principles the field can hold us to

Drawn from the Enterprise Culinary & Experience Strategic Plan. Open each to read the practice behind the headline.

01Two-layer governance: doctrine plus verified recipes+
A non-negotiable culinary doctrine applied everywhere (scratch stocks and sauces, no pre-formed proteins, sourcing standards) with standardized, costed recipes for the high-volume core and sanctioned creative space for chef features and manager specials. Doctrine scales chef pride; standardized recipes scale consistency; over-standardization is a turnover engine.
02An operational gauntlet before any recipe ships+
Field-equipment testing, execution by a non-author cook, and nutrition and allergen review before a recipe enters the platform.
03Innovation shipped as turnkey activation kits+
Concept-to-kit development on a fixed cadence so field teams adopt without translation. The B2C portfolio rides this pipeline: Provisions TO GO, retail, rotation, and observance programming.
04A standing culinary council+
Brand culinary leads co-author standards and trends on a fixed rhythm, so the field receives what it helped write.
05Talent as the compounding asset+
A credential ladder through the Phoenix3 Academy with certified chefs as training multipliers.
